Bio
Gary Turner grew up in Lee's Summit, Missouri where he played for Coach Haniger with FCA in 2013 and Impact Athletes in 2014. Then, he played for Complete Game for Matt Williams for one year. He played baseball and basketball at Lee's Summit North High School, graduating in 2016. Gary played both outfield and pitched in high school. At Ottawa, he played primarily centerfield and helped Ottawa make their first conference tournament appearance in 7 years.
Gary is pursuing his degree in Sports Studies with a focus in management. He plans to get a graduate assistant job to pursue his masters and continue coaching with a college team.
This will be Gary's 4th year of coaching. Previously, he coached for Complete Game 17u and 18u showcase teams. While coaching for Complete Game, Gary coached multiple college athletes.
